The minibar was included in the price and restocked daily. The hotel is conveniently located about ten minutes walking distance from the central train station.
The reception staff seemed rude and lacked proper communication skills. There were technical issues at check-in, and a staff member raised her voice while claiming our room was unpaid, though it actually was.

the location is good. it near the main railway station. the breakfast had lots of options. the staff was friendly and helped us with directions.
i had to wait a long time for an iron. i phoned reception several times before it arrived. the wait time was too much.

the room was spacious. i stayed in room 831 and liked the view. the beds are very comfortable and bedding is good. a strong shower was available in the room.
